I work with clients through 3, 6, and 9 month programs to support meaningful, lasting change. Most clients meet 1–2 times per month, depending on their needs and the level of support required. This allows us to create a structured, progressive approach while adjusting your plan as your body responds.

What is 1:1 functional nutrition coaching?

1:1 functional nutrition coaching is a personalized, root-cause approach to your health. Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all plan, we take a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and nutrition to understand what’s truly driving your concerns.

From there, we create a targeted, individualized protocol that may include nutrition strategies, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation when appropriate.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive ongoing guidance, support, and accountability to help you implement changes in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. The goal is not just short-term symptom relief, but long-term improvements in how you feel, function, and show up in your daily life.
