Kenadi Schulte, MS, CNS Candidate
Founder of Seed of Health
Kenadi Schulte is a Functional Nutrition Practitioner with advanced training in nutrition science and is currently completing supervised clinical hours toward CNS certification. She holds dual Master's degrees, including a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Iowa.
For several years, Kenadi built a career in corporate finance — the kind that looked great on paper, but at the same time her body was struggling with chronic GI dysfunction, cystic acne, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue with no clear answers. She found functional medicine and nutrition and finally got her life back. Healing through a root cause approach, she became determined to make a major career and life change so she could give others the same healing she'd experienced.
Kenadi left her corporate career behind to start Seed of Health — built on the belief that the body isn't broken, it's trying to tell us something, and most of us have never been taught how to listen. Her approach centers on root cause, holistic care: evidence-based nutrition strategies, personalized protocols, and one-on-one support that empowers every client to take back their health so it's no longer holding them back from the life they're building, but instead helps them step into it fully.
Kenadi believes in personalized support for each person she works with — meeting every client right where they are and creating an approach that's both practical and sustainable for long-term success. She believes meaningful change begins with education, compassion, and the right support. Her goal is to make healthy living accessible, enjoyable, and personalized for each person she works with.
